Descripción de la oferta: Location: LONDON, UK Personal Assistant to Head of Media Business with Spanish - 1 Year Contract Fixed Term, 12 months (potential to become permanent) 25 -35,000 pounds + excellent benefits THE COMPANY Is a major international media and online company. Due to recent and ongoing expansion it now requires an experienced media industry PA with Spanish. THE ROLE As PA with Spanish you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Media Business. Though large aspects of the role are administration based the key aspect is the ability to act as a representative for the team, and therefore excellent communication skills are a must. You will ensure the smooth running of the administration of the department. It is also important that this role is an accurate reflection of the fast paced department to partners and vendors. DUTIES: -Full Diary Management: Arranging external and internal meetings and conference calls, including catering where necessary -International travel bookings through the company travel agents -Building and maintaining excellent personal relationships with internal and external contacts on behalf of line manager -Representing the VPs and acting as a gatekeeper and first point of contact with regards to their schedule but also being flexible with demands -Organising and coordinating departmental senior US executive visits -Coordinating internal sales events -Organising and assisting at off-site meetings and conferences -Preparation of documentation for meetings i.e. presentations and agendas. -Attend meetings and take minutes as and when needed -Timely input of departmental purchase orders into company PO Database. -Completing expenses reports -Proof reading industry press releases -General office duties and administration including filing, photocopying, faxing and binding presentation -Ordering supplies, e.g. stationery -Other ad-hoc projects that may arise from time to time REQUIREMENTS -At least 2 years relevant Personal Assistant experience in the media telecommunications industry. -Proficient in MS Office and Mac experience would be a bonus -Must be fluent in English and Spanish. French as a further language would be beneficial. -A flexible nature; with respect to managing and planning the line Head's diary quickly and efficiently, accommodating last minute changes and cancellations without any difficulties, and also changing responsibilities comfortably. -Ability to prioritise workload and manage personal working time efficiently. -Must possess drive, determination and a genuine interest in providing the best possible support to the line manager, and actively look for new challenges and opportunities to develop the role.
