LOCATION: London
The role will be providing support on various levels throughout the business and will allow the successful candidate to work in a varied and busy environment.
The role as Team Assistant will be to oversee various Consultants diaries, managing ever-changing travel itineraries as well as various administration tasks such as expenses. The Assistant will provide relief on reception as and when required (usually over lunch hour). This person will be working closely with HR, providing support on a daily basis and working on a number of projects.
Furthermore, the Assistant will have responsibilities of Accounts Payable which will include duties such as processing payments, invoicing, banking cheques etc. Please note this is a minimal part of the role.
The successful candidate will be required to have previous PA, Team Assistant and/or Administration experience working within a professional environment. Previous Accounts Payable experience is a must to be considered. Excellent IT skills, strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and work in a varied environment essential.
